I am reading and journaling chronologically through the Bible in 2017. Each Sunday I will post one of my journaling pages and thoughts from that week’s reading. I will also have a linky for anyone who would like to participate to share how their Bible reading and journaling is going!
This is it! The last entry for the year!! I will be continuing this series in 2018 with extra ways to participate! See below for more details!
Revelation. This is not a casual read through. It is an amazing book when you can study it in depth but not light reading at all. I read it and resisted the urge (it wasn’t hard because my kids don’t exactly give me a ton of time) to dig deeper out of commitmet to the process but I don’t have many thoughts to share right now.
I thought this page was perfect for New Year’s Eve!! I played around with my gelatos and tried to give some depth to the flower by outlining in pen. I haven’t decided yet if I like how it turned out.
What I used for this entry:
I want to thank Peabea and Dani for their regular participation in this series. I have enjoyed each of your posts so much throughout the year and they provided encouragement to keep going! We had a few other participants pop in throughout the year and I appreciate you as well! I would love if you would share this series and linkup with your friends and perhaps we can get more participants in 2018!

I will once again be reading and journaling through the Bible in 2018 and will continue to share my thoughts and journaling pages here. I will continue to host the linkup where you may share anything pertaining to what you are reading in the Bible, Bible journaling, scripture writing, or a similar topic. I will also host a group Pinterest board where you may pin related posts and a Facebook group for those reading through the Bible chronologically where we can discuss scripture reading in more detail and share our journaling. I am expanding my personal study with some scripture writing on specific subjects as I find those scriptures in my reading. The topics I will be looking for are Marriage and anything pertaining to women; parenting, family and behavior; and emotions and characteristics of God. I am putting each set of topics in its own notebook in hopes of gaining new insight into each of these subjects. I will share these scriptures in the Facebook group along with our other discussion.
